I have been addressing my congresspeople and senators begging them to get going with some legislation on awareness, knowledge and accountability on behalf of the growing community of Celiacs. Any time there is a blog, event or story it creates more understanding. This will ultimately help our quest for research and perhaps a more comfortable treatment or even perhaps a cure.
