I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease in December of 2008 and it has definitely been a lifestyle change for me. I am a tour manager for a mobile/experiential marketing company and I basically live on the road. You can only imagine how hard it is for me to eat out at restaurants. Anytime I can cook in my hotel, I take it. However, during my various tours, we setup at festivals, convention, and state fairs. Everything is deep-fried on a stick and disgusting! Instead of the unhealthy food, I used to eat a variety of protein bars. Unfortunately, a lot of them contain wheat, oats, and hidden glutens. Not good for or my digestive system. I bought one of your bars while looking for some alternatives... ...and let me say: I will never go back to any other bar! I love your Berry Almond Crunch! It tastes great and it won't melt (just like your package says)!!! During the day, I'll have 1-2 just to hold me over until I leave the event. They are a godsend to me.
