I am new to GF, and just accidentally glutened myself trying a Clif bar yesterday (misread the lable). I struggle with eating adequate protein levels (need them very high or I feel sick). There are lots of GFDF bars out there, but the protein levels are so low they are hardly worthy to be called "protein bars"--what fantastic news to find them with such high protein levels!
